As Executive Assistant to COO Chris Pelch, Nancy Patrick ensures smooth operations and delivers a consistent and positive experience for everyone at Vance Wealth.
Originally from Newport Beach, Nancy began her career in payroll and consumer lending before taking time off to focus on raising her two daughters. After her kids reached high school, she returned to the workforce as an Assistant Property Manager in the HOA property management industry, where she fine-tuned her skills in customer service and office management.
Nancy manages key projects for Chris Pelch, handles day-to-day office administration, and contributes to the firm’s overall client experience. She also works closely with the marketing team, sending out gifts and milestone cards to celebrate clients’ special moments, further enhancing Vance Wealth’s personalized service.
Most importantly, Nancy feels deeply aligned with the company’s commitment to maintaining a healthy urgency to get things done while promoting balance in life—a value she embraces both professionally and personally.
Outside the office, Nancy enjoys spending time with her two college-aged daughters, whether they’re adventuring together or simply relaxing with a good TV show. Her hobbies include DIY projects, attending country music concerts, and spending time outdoors. She’s also passionate about her two English Bulldogs and volunteers with SoCal Bulldog Rescue. In her spare time, Nancy is working on becoming a bookkeeping professional, driven by her love of learning and new challenges.
